Peace Corps Ethiopia

My Peace Corps service lasts from January 12th, 2016 until May 1st, 2018. My job title is Environmental Extension Specialist and my goals are food security and environmental stewardship.  I am integrating my service in the Peace Corps with education and graduate research through a unique Master’s International graduate program at the University of South Florida.

I have been been placed in the south of Ethiopia in Southern Nations (SNNPR) in the Wolayita Zone. I love it! It is beautiful as it has many plants and animals as well as very kind people.

“Do not ever be afraid or discouraged, I am the lord your God, and I will be there to help you, wherever you go”

I am trying to fund sustainable projects in Ethiopia ran by Ethiopians. If you would like to help me,
